When hiring a person with one or some functional limitations, our Specialized Service for People With Disabilities (SSPD) will offer you the following:

• access to financial assistance programs aimed at facilitating the integration of a person with functional limitations into the work force;
• job shadowing with the candidate for a better integration into the organization;
• employment follow-up;
• evaluate the workplace accomodation needs.
