Computer Donations

Make a donation, it's profitable!

You or your organization can contribute to increase the number of computers for schools and libraries. How? By reinvesting your surplus informatics equipment to La Relance Technology Service (LRTS).

Making a computer donation to the LRTS provides benefits to you, your business and the community. With your donation, you:

  • turn your surplus computers a valuable resource for schools, public libraries and learning organizations without profit;
  • help young Canadians gain greater access to information technology (IT) and the skills required in a knowledge-based economy;
  • contribute to bridging the "digital divide" by enabling students and citizens to have access to information technology;
  • add value to the donated equipment.

Please note that for cathode-ray screens and printers, we require a fee of $ 13.50 per item.  This charge covers a portion of the cost of disposing the hazardous material contained within the cathode-ray screen.

You can bring your computers and other equipment to La Relance Outaouais, located at 270, des Allumettières Blvd., Gatineau (Qc) J8X 1N3, between 8h and 16h, Monday to Friday. Note that we are closed from 12 am to 1 pm.

You can also bring them to LRTS. You can call Mr. Guy Larivière at 819 776-5870, extension 15.

La Relance Outaouais thanks you very much!
