Employment Integration Program

The Employment Integration Program welcomes any person in the age group of 16 to 29 and having one or more of the following characteristics:

• No fixed incomes and/or receiving employment insurance.
• Does not go to school full time.
• Integration problems or job retention difficulty in the labour market.
• Social exclusion.

Services offered :

A 20-week experience of a paid work to ...

• Know what you want to do of your life
• Learn how to search for a job and retain it
• Have a salary during your training
• Benefit from a personalized support and a two-year follow-up

Two working environments are offered:

• a gas station where it would be possible to learn automotive detailing, general mechanics and high standards for customer services;
• a commercial housekeeping service.

Throughout his training, the participant will perform the duty of:

• a car-wash attendant
• a mechanical assistant
• a customer service operator (cashier, pump attendant)
• a housekeeping attendant

The team of Employment Integration Program is made up of professionals specialized in job accommodation and in individual and group interventions.
