Retro Active

Retro Active is a service for retirees who wish to return to the work force and to remain active. This program permits a reintegration into the labor market of experienced retired people, and their maintain on the job market. The primary goal of RA is for the participants to validate their project back on the labor market and to define the conditions they consider acceptable. In addition, the program will enable the individual to structure its plan of action to bring about his project.

This program was developed from a study (observation), with companies and job seekers retired by the Association of Job Search Center of Quebec (ACREQ) in collaboration with La Relance Outaouais. In addition, a study of needs was conducted by La Relance Outaouais as continuity.

Several sub-goals are added, including:

  • Improve the well-being by promoting the use of the potential;
  • Acquire confidence in its strengths and capabilities;
  • Encourage the transition to return to work;
  • Assess the financial impact of a return to work;
